Yoga Flow Tuesdays 9-10 am FULL!
This is a 12 week course with focus on a physical (yang) yoga practice that will include all kinds of standing, balancing and strengthening sequences, based on the Hatha yoga tradition. Every class will be different and accommodate your need for challenge and curiosity. You will feel energized, focused, strong and open when leaving the class. The yoga classes are held in a beautiful space in central Wassenaar. Class dates: February: 12, 19, March: 5, 12, 19, 26, April: 2, 9, 16, 30, May 7, 14. Maximum 8 participants.
